The Sao Paulo strategic Master Plan created Urban Intervention Procedures (PIU) establishing strategic vision and structuring win-win solutions between city and private stakeholders to achieve better results in urban development and governance.
Our contribution: Integrated 2014 City of Sao Paulo Strategic Master Plan teamwork, which structured and planned strategies and rules to city development with positive outcomes.
