TAMANDUATEÍ NEIGHBORHOODS CONSORTIUM URBAN OPERATION
Tamanduatei is a brownfield area in a strategic metropolitan location, near subway and train service lines, that still produce industrial and manufactures goods. This neighborhood will provide housing and job opportunities near City Centre Area.
BTSA is a public authority proposed in order to create stability to project implementation through different administrations over next 30 years. The project will raise funds for its implementation through selling Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonds to real state market.
Our contribution:Structured and raised funding (over US$ 2.0 billion) to implement Tamanduatei´s Neighborhoods Urban Operation, a project that promotes density, improves infrastructure and establishes a public authority (BTSA) to manage it.
